Diana Buelvas does not accept returns, refunds, or credit for any items on sale unless deemed defective. Please consider this before committing to a purchase.

Full-Price Items:

Send an email to dianabuelvas@gmail.com specifying the issue/change/refund you wish to make.

We gladly accept returns for store credit on all items within 14 days from the time of shipment. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags.

The handling of the return and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT IF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET:

Items are returned within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition. Items must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way. You must contact us at dianabuelvas@gmail.com before returning the item. Returns for size or style exchange can only occur a MAXIMUM of TWO TIMES.
