The handling of the return and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the price of the item you have chosen is lower than your original order, after we have received your returned package, we will send you the new item along with a voucher for the remaining amount in an email.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive products with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at dianabuelvas@gmail.com so that we can assist you personally and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

How long does domestic shipping take?

Standard orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that transit delays may occur occasionally, for which DIANA BUELVAS has no control or responsibility.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed through our website. As soon as we process your order and your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
